The main raw materials are caustic soda and carbon monoxide. They are preheated, and then put into the synthesis reactor to produce sodium formate solution. The solution is then evaporated, condensed and dried to gain solid sodium formate.
Through technical reformation and innovation, our company creatively adds a synthesis column to ensure complete reaction, increase the conversion rate of raw materials, and recycle all flash steam. We use double effect concentration technology and add cooling devices in the drying and packaging system to increase production and efficiency save energy and reduce consumption.
The facility has a capacity of 100 KTA with the total land area of about 3,000 square meters, and the construction period is 10 months. In addition, we could also design sodium formate plants with any capacities required by customers.
